The interior design concept for the Douglas headquarters was built around the identity of a global beauty and lifestyle brand — a working environment that reflects the elegance, refinement, and femininity of the brand without sacrificing comfort, flexibility, or a people-first approach. Within 700 sqm, the project successfully concentrates a distinct architectural identity and a modern, coherent, and well-proportioned workspace.
The reception area immediately sets the register for the entire project. The grey stone reception desk with a matte gold plinth, the gold-framed screen displaying the Douglas logo, and the wall of white vertical ribs compose an elegant and refined ensemble with a luminous, clean energy. Sculptural pendants of suspended silver metallic elements add an element of architectural jewellery that speaks directly to the brand's beauty universe. Round gold-framed mirrors arranged in composition on the feature wall introduce a subtle reference to the cosmetic product and the beauty ritual, integrating brand identity into the interior architecture in a natural and elegant way.
The conference room strikes a balance between representational gravitas and freshness — sage green chairs around a long white table, a warm wood-ribbed ceiling, glass walls with abundant vegetation at the base, and large acoustic panels in neutral tones. Green becomes the accent color of the project, capturing the brand's energy and translating it into a contemporary and vibrant design language.
Individual offices are treated as personal, intimate, and inspirational spaces. The mural wallpaper with fine graphics in white, grey, and gold tones — stylized botanical motifs with delicate lines — creates an artistic backdrop for each office, giving it its own identity. White furniture, sage green and cognac armchairs, bookshelves, and abundant natural light complete a workspace where aesthetics and functionality coexist harmoniously.
Brand insertions — matte gold, sage green, mirrors, floral graphics — are strategically integrated across all spaces, creating a clear visual coherence from reception to the last office, without becoming redundant or ostentatious.
The result is a headquarters with a strong and refined identity — a space that reflects the values of a global beauty brand, reinterpreted through an elegant, luminous, and people-oriented interior design.
